I am a fully qualified nutritional therapist. I trained at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) accredited by the University of Bedfordshire, and am registered with the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and the Nutritional Therapy Council (NTC), the bodies that promote and uphold professional and ethical standards in nutritional therapy.

As a fully qualified chef with over eighteen years of experience I offer a unique service of being able to help individuals to change their diets whilst still enjoying delicious food.

Nutritional therapy can help several conditions particularly inflammatory diseases, type II diabetes, unexplained infertility, IBS, PMS, menopause symptoms, hormone imbalances, low energy and skin complaints.

Prior to the initial consultation the client is asked to complete a detailed questionnaire about their current health, covering medical history, dietary habits, lifestyle and environment, and return it to the centre at least 2 days before the first consultation.

•  Pick up the questionnaire from reception or download here

•  For babies or children aged 0 - 10 download here
