I trained in complementary therapies after a career as a university lecturer. My main interest is to help relieve the symptoms of stress which affect so many of us these days. In addition to traditional hand and foot reflexology, I practise Vertical Reflex Therapy which can be very effective for orthopaedic conditions, such as joint and back pain.
