I have been teaching since 1985.

The first session takes one hour and costs £35.00. The following sessions take half an hour to forty minutes and cost £25.00.

It is recommended that you have up to twenty lessons to learn a technique which will enable you to look after your head, neck and back for the rest of your life.

Many aches and pains caused by misusing your body will disappear within the first few lessons.
