Welcome to Penzance Natural Health Centre. This Centre was originated by Cathleen Savage. Cathleen saw a need for a place from which to offer support for the health and wellbeing of adults and children in the Community. At first practicing from her own kitchen table in 1982, and gradually expanding to more formal premises and offering the skills of a growing number of health practitioners. The Centre took up residence at 5 Morrab Road in 1993 moving into the ground floor of a comfortable Victorian house.

Today we have a diverse array of treatments available from a collection of highly accomplished practitioners.

Practices include: acupuncture, counselling, cranial sacral osteopathy, earthing & balancing treatment, eco therapy, homeopathy, hypnotherapy, massage (deep tissue, remedial, sports, Swedish & Indian head massages), medical herbalism, nutrition, osteopathy, physiotherapy, reflexology, reiki, transformational and colour therapy.

We also provide an information service about natural health services and you are welcome to drop in to explore what the Centre has to offer you.

Reception is currently available weekdays Mondays and Thursdays 9.30am to 12pm and Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays 10am to 1pm 01736 360522.

Penzance Natural Health Centre is near the top of Morrab Road on the opposite side from Penlee Park and the old library building. The Centre (no. 5) and clearly marked outside.

Parking may be available on Morrab Road and otherwise there is a car park at close by Green Market or car parks along Clarence Street.
