Claire’s treatments utilise a range of techniques, tailored to the individual and what their body needs at the time. That could include Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, postural analysis, fascial work, trigger point therapy, soft tissue release or muscle energy techniques. Sessions can be targeted to a specific area or issue, or simply to de-stress and relax.
Claire studied with the highly regarded Massage Training School Exmouth, obtaining a BTEC level 5 diploma in soft tissue therapy - a comprehensive and highly respected qualification in the sports and remedial massage industry. With a background in Thai massage, Claire also brings in elements of this Eastern style, using stretches to work deeper into the muscles and mobilise joints where needed.
Qualifications:
- BTEC level 5 diploma in soft tissue therapy.
- Advanced diploma in Thai Massage.
- Institute of Sports & Remedial Massage (ISRM) registered member.
