My approach:

My holistic integrated approach comes from my own personal and professional experience, bringing together research around modern science, the body-mind connection, the food we eat, natural homeopathic remedies and spirituality to treat each individual as a whole person.

Over the years, I have come to question our modern approach to medicine. Modern medicine can be life-saving; yet it is often unsuccessful in addressing the root causes of diseases – offering only superficial and limited satisfaction through symptom treatment without taking the body-mind connection, our life experiences, the foods we eat or overall lifestyle into consideration.

My approach is very much focused on both body and mind, as I believe they are not only connected, but they are one. Scientific studies, which show a correlation between emotional stress during childhood and adult onset of disease, demonstrate this perfectly.

Emotional stress is hugely important when it comes to overall health as when our central stress response system (the hypothalamic pituitary adrenal axis) is out of balance, this can lead to acute and chronic disease.
